Droll, droll. Another day. Wow I entered this exactly at midnight. Well ok I guess if I'm talking going to talk about my 'day' I'll have to say 'yesterday'.
Well I had an Ensembles excursion, for us to all go and play at Waimea Intermediate school. When we got there, we had at least half an hour before we had to set up everything so I went down to Starbucks with the groupies and bought myself a Caramel Frap. (mmm frappuccino...hehe Tricia...) When we got back to Waimea school gym we set up everything, then the kids came. Of course the only reason I do want to perform at Waimea school is to see my old teachers as well as to visit my cousin, as Bridget would go to see her sisters. But they all had to go on an honor roll field trip thing.
Before we started someone's frap was spilled and I guess it had something to do with an accident between Bridget and Ashton and Bridget was getting tissues from the gym's bathroom to clean up the mess, her mocha coconut frap. She was even brave enough to just walk rush right into the boy's bathroom to get some tissues to clean up the mess, which I found amusing. So I helped her clean up the mess a little and the floor smelled of chocolate and coconut and that part of the floor we cleaned up looked better than the original condition of the floor.
So...the performance went ok, but none of the kids danced...which is why we PERFORM SONGS, but I think the principal had announced something about...respecting our visiting band and stuff but I don't know if he told them not to dance. But I could see some people singing to some of the popular songs we played. I didn't see Olivia until she called me so I waved to her.
Then we packed up everything, and we all got on the bus. We were supposed to stop at the Waimea center for lunch but the bus driver passed right by and everyone was wondering what the heck was going on and the bus driver said that our teacher never told her but she stopped and went back anyway.
Me and Kamlin bought some food from McDonald's and we went back to the center court of the Waimea center with Makana and Tihana and sat on the steps of this balcony and stretched around up to a second level of the center.
I let Makana have a bite of my sandwich but being in the energetic mood she was she started singing "A Moment Like This" to it....@.@ which was...odd but funny. I think Tihana did the same to Kamlin's Filet-o-fish. Then I saw Cole and Chauncy sitting next to each other and I thought how cute they looked together but then I wondered if they were going out and Kamlin said that they were. I first noticed it in Starbucks when Kamlin said they were cute sitting with each other. It's strange because they're both so QUIET. And Chauncy is usually so energetic and talks a lot with her friends.
I was surprised but then again I'm always the last to know about that kind of thing. Kamlin said it was because I'm not into that kind of thing, which I found true. I don't really care about who's going out with who, it's just the concept of why I always have to be so naive.
And...the last part of my day is concerning how idiotic I am, and how much I lack in common sense at times. I wanted the bus driver to drop me off at my neighborhood but I forgot to ask Mr. Washburn if she could so she wouldn't drop me off. So then I had to go all the way back to Honokaa past my neighborhood, wait about 10 minutes for the bus after the other buses left and pay a quarter just to get a 15 minute ride back.
And of course, I'm thinking of some stupid idiotic thing I did about a day ago to my cousin.
Maybe I've been mentally beating myself too often...
