Whoo! I gotta talk about my meeting with Kai! Oh and I finally got to watch 'Spirit: Stallion of the Cimaron' on the airplane flight over to Las Vegas. Me and my parents were at the VERY end of the seats, and I couldn't see out a window..u.u'. I'd probably get dizzy looking out all the time anyway. But during the flight there were these people talking so loud at the back of the plane because they opened up a 'bar' for the restless.
Ok for the first few days of my vacation, it went like a simple routine. Walk around, eat, sleep. And me and my dad would buy stuff from 'The Beef Jerky Store' down on Fremont Street and stuff like that. The only thing though was that the hotel room's tv had no cable..u.u'. Ah well. I had brought along some entertainment for myself.
On Friday...well I tried to call Kai a few times but her answering machine would go on and I was too chicken to leave a message. Me and my dad were ready to go but I still had to call Kai first. When I finally did try to leave a message her grandma answered the phone and said that she already left to pick up Andy. Ok...(curse myself for not calling earlier) soo..me and my dad went to go catch the city bus to Wet 'N Wild. We waited at this one stop for a while and my dad got impatient so we went around to another stop and caught that bus to ride over. We made it to Wet 'n Wild!
When we got to the entrance I saw this girl and a lady standing there. I looked at the girl and thought..."Could that be Kai? Hm...she really DOES look familiar..." but I was a wuss at the time and didn't go and talk to her. So my dad went to go buy our tickets to go in, but I kept on turning back and looking at that girl and she was looking at me, then when I was watching my dad someone called 'Cass!' and I turned around and I realized (so stupidly) then that it WAS Kai! n.n''' Her mom had called me!
Then Kai walked up to me and asked, "Is that really you?" and I think I said the same and when we DID confirm it was...us we hugged each other. Lol, aww darn, and I kept on thinking I'd sneak up on her from behind, but I didn't really know it was her! Even if I did see her picture before! Anyway, my dad had already paid for our tickets and Kai's mom had some free passes but my dad couldn't get a refund so as Kai's recent entry says she and Andy went the next time to use it. It's fine, though. I STILL got to meet Kai!
Then we were waiting around for Andy to show up because Kai's mom worried how she'd get a ride home but then it turned out that Andy was already there! It was no big surprise to me, I didn't introduce myself to him until later when me and Kai put our stuff into lockers. Silly me..u.u' it wasn't so bad meeting him, though.
Then after we had our stuff stowed away we went into the Lazy River, and the Wave Pool. I had a hard time in the Wave Pool (you'd think I couldn't swim, for goodness sakes...) and Andy was bothering Kai and she kept on saying we were trying to kill her and stuff like that...
And then we were trying to hide from Andy and we swore that was more than one animal! Like a turtle, and a mermaid! LOL! Yes, he went to the shallow shore-like end of the pool and he sat there looking like a MERMAID! *cracks up* And Kai tried to seek refuge from my dad because she thought we were trying to kill her...lol.
Later me and Kai got away from Andy at one point and went to this waterfall-like thing which was really cool. And then I watched Kai and Andy swear at each other at the waterfall thing and she kicked him in the *erm* and it was SO hilarious...those two make me LAUGH.
After we were done swimming we bought some food, and later Andy said that the park would close at 8! Aww! And we had hoped to stay longer! Anyway, while we were eating Kai bought me some Dippin' Dots which was called 'The ice cream of the future' and it was good and really neat. Then at one point Kai and Andy were throwing ice and french fries at each other.
Earlier Kai found this walkie-talkie thing in the locker she rented and when she pressed the button sometimes somebody talked! I told her it was some security guard's thing and she'd talk into it and say that Andy was causing trouble.
After we changed out of our wet clothes me, Kai, and Andy took pictures in this booth and the first time (all three of us couldn't fit, lol) we were stunned from the flashes because it was timed and we didn't have time to take a decent picture. So then after the first one me and Kai only took pictures again and Andy got his middle finger caught in one of 'em and Kai flipped him back and I was looking outside laughing at their silliness. We got some good pictures, though. Later we were waiting outside for Andy and Kai's ride and Kai was trying to steal Andy's towel (it was a really cute towel, lol) and she took a picture of me and Andy playing tug-o-war with the towel. n.n' I'll develop those pics and scan them soon.
Anyway, it was REALLY funny...Kai and Andy are just great. They make me laugh and make great company. Luv you guys. Oooh yeah, and I do remember Kai telling me that Duo says to say hi. Lol.
But just one thing: Riding the bus to downtown is hell. @.@
